Groups
Sometimes you don't need to do it alone. 🤍
Life gets heavy. Relationships get complicated. Parenting is exhausting. Hormones are...well, hormones. And sometimes it helps just to be in a room with people who get it.
Heart to Heart Therapy Co. is beginning to offer small, virtual groups designed around real-life challenges—the things many of us are carrying but don't always have a place to talk about it.
These aren't meant to feel like another obligation on your calendar.
Expect real conversations, practical tools, connection, a little humor, and a space where you don't have to have everything figured out.
All groups are currently held virtually, so you can join from the comfort of home.
Affordable, virtual, small-group support designed to be practical, relaxed and useful. Come as you are. Leave with something you can actually use. all groups are priced at $25.00 a group. Each group is one hour long.
I’m Fine. I’m Just Tired.
A group for women carrying way too much.
Work. Kids. Marriage. Parents. Appointments. Laundry. Everyone else's emotions. And somehow you're also supposed to exercise, drink enough water and have a skincare routine.
This group is for women who are functioning—but exhausted.
We'll talk about mental load, burnout, resentment, boundaries, asking for help, identity, relationships and how to make room for yourself without adding “self-care” as one more thing on your to-do list.
The Reset Room
Stress relief for people whose brains won't shut up.
Sometimes you don't need to analyze your entire childhood.
Sometimes you need your nervous system to calm the heck down.
The Reset Room would be a relaxed, practical group where we actually practice tools rather than just talk about them.
Think grounding, breathing, managing racing thoughts, understanding your stress response, emotional regulation, boundaries, mindfulness that doesn't feel weird, and figuring out what actually works for you.
You leave each group with something you can use in real life.
Real conversations about peri-menopause & menopause.
Maybe you're more anxious. More irritated. You're not sleeping. Your body feels different. Your relationships feel different. And some days you genuinely wonder:
“What is happening to me?”
This group creates space for women navigating the emotional, relational and identity changes that can come with midlife and the menopause transition.
We'll talk about stress, mood, relationships, body changes, identity, coping, communication and taking care of yourself through a season nobody adequately prepared us for.
No pretending everything is wonderful. No judgment. And definitely no requirement to have it all figured out.
Space is limited to provide adequate support. Fill out the form below if interested.
