My Approach

I take a compassionate, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to therapy. Drawing from family systems, attachment theory, Gottman theory, solution-focused strategies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices, I help clients better understand themselves, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.

I believe lasting growth happens when we address both the patterns that keep us stuck and the strengths that help us move forward.

Real conversations.
Real connection.
Real change.

“The goal isn’t perfection. It’s connection”

About Stephanie

Hello, I'm Stephanie.

Therapist. Wife. Mom. Grandma. Human.

Life doesn't always go the way we planned. Relationships get complicated, anxiety can feel overwhelming, and sometimes we find ourselves carrying more than we know how to handle. If you've found your way here, I want you to know you're not alone.

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, honesty, and practical support. My approach combines professional training with real-life experience because I believe healing happens when we feel both understood and empowered.

My own journey has included seasons of grief, trauma, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, faith questions, career changes, and learning how to keep moving forward when life felt uncertain. Those experiences help me connect with clients in a genuine way while providing the clinical tools and guidance needed to create lasting change.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship conflict, a life transition, postpartum challenges, peri-menopause, grief, family stress, or simply feeling stuck, therapy can be a place where you slow down, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want.

I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not a lecture. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest, feel supported, and develop practical tools that actually work in everyday life.

You don't have to have it all together.

You just have to be willing to begin.

A Little More About Me

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me spending time with my husband, kids, and grandkids, enjoying a good cup of coffee, taking a walk with my dog, watching a movie, reading (sometimes scrolling), or working on one of my many creative projects.

I know firsthand that life can be messy, beautiful, exhausting, and meaningful all at the same time. That's why I strive to help clients find balance, connection, and hope—even during difficult seasons.

I believe growth doesn't require perfection. It simply requires the courage to take the next step.
